Knock Knock productions look at who can benefit from the Olympics coming to London - from corporate business to the media and the government. They ask who will win the race for opportunity in the run up to the Olympics, and put forward the case for youth opportunity not to be overlooked.

Team Exposure each took on an issue important to them and their community - From crime to regeneration to pride. They each discuss what the Olympic impact could be on these issues and ask themselves the question: Will the Olympics Unite or divide?

WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE OLYMPICS? - TEAM: A CAST by Germination

The A Cast asked "What do you know about the Olympics?" They took a list of basic questions on to the streets of Newham and asked what, where, and how long are the Olympics. The shocking results show that people who live on the doorstep of the Olympics are unsure exactly what and when the Olympics are. They conclude that they are supposed to be the ones with the most the gain but they aren’t being told enough about it. The film is funny - but also raises big concerns about access to information.

OUR DEMANDS - TEAM: NEWHAM YOUNG STARS by Germination

Newham Young Star’s film posed lots of questions about the Olympics in a very creative way before stating their own demands as the local youth. They did this through the very clear device of passing a ball between the two presenters. The film presents a very clear list of simple demands that would ensure the Olympics has the greatest impact for them.

THE OLYMPICS ARE COMING - TEAM FIVE STAR FILMS by Germination

Five Star Films took the approach of two local protagonists with different opinions on the impact of the Olympics. Their fictional news reporter then took to the streets to see which opinion was backed up by the local community in Newham from vox pops on the street. Each player got a point for each opinion that backed up his or her own. Leading to one gold medal winner.
